Editor's notebook: fresh faces, old friends among new Montreal Gazette columns

You will find a new column by Martine St-Victor on our editorial page every Thursday. St-Victor is a communications strategist and media commentator who has written commentaries for us on occasion. I am pleased that she will be joining us on a regular basis starting this week.

Martine is a communication strategist. She heads Milagro Atelier de Relations Publiques, which she founded over 15 years ago. She chronicles on Radio-Canada, on the CBC and on RDI. She also co-hosts and co-produces "Seat At The Table", on CBC Podcasts. On occasion, she signs opinion pieces in La Presse and in the Montreal Gazette.

No longer will strangers have to eavesdrop surreptitiously on the spicy conversations of Isabelle Racicot and Martine St-Victor at neighbourhood bistros. Now everyone - across the country - can have a seat at their table as the two discourse on hot-button issues from politics to pop culture to racism on their new chat show, appropriately titled, Seat at the Table.
