MANDATE ::

David Barlagne and his family left France for Canada with the promise of everything the Maple Leaf could offer. Rachel, the youngest daughter, has cerebral palsy which apparently, prevented the young family from staying in Canada. They fought furiously … and we joined the battle by alerting the media about this grave injustice.

Avec sa famille, David Barlagne a quitté la France pour la feuille d’érable.  Rachel la cadette, est atteinte de paralysie cérébrale. Ce diagnostic a valu à la famille Barlagne une expulsion du Canada. Nous nous sommes joints au combat pour les garder ici en alertant les médias de cette grave injustice.
