News directors need a reality check. From Larry King Live to national news broadcasts, all reported last night on Lindsay Lohan’s latest debacles and immediate return to rehab. Substance abuse is difficult and its resolution is painful, private and hardly news material. I couldn’t care less about Lindsay Lohan but it pisses me off that her private demons are splattered all over the airwaves. It is extremely tacky to capitalize on one individual’s mishaps when there are a slew of other artists who are doing, …well, Art. Report that.
