Welcome to America but more importantly, thank you. Thank you for being here and for dethroning Brangelina from the cover of every single entertainment magazine. Thank you for bringing style back and for shunning Juicy Couture sweat suits. I hope that with all this style, substance will follow …eventually. I hope you will send your children to L.A.’s Lycée Français so they keep their European flair.

Posh: your new convertible Bentley is fly but the monogrammed rims are beyond ostentatious and are simply tacky.

David: I’m just a 5-hour plane ride away, should you need me. Please.
